With a diploma in finance and accounting (DECF), Évelyne Marolla specializes in employment law. In 1986, she joined an accounting company as Senior Certified Public Accountant Assistant. In 1994, she gained international experience while serving as CFO for ABS-MR in Poland. Then, in 1995, she joined Cross Systems as head of accounting. Since then, she has continued growing within the company, as Human Resources Director in 1999 and then as CFO in 2001. In 2013, she took over responsibility of human resources.

A graduate of the Institut d'Enseignement Supérieur de Marketing-Vente (ISMV), Édouard Wattinne has developed extensive hands-on experience, which has enabled him to showcase his direct and indirect team management qualities in the new information technology sector. He began working for France Telecom EGT in 1994 and then WorldCom when the sector was deregulated in 1998. Three years later, in 2001, he joined CPGmarket.com, the online marketplace founded by Nestlé and Danone. There, he worked in sales development before its sale to Accenture in 2005.
His career then took an international turn when he became Vice President of Business Development for ADS-Click in order to market advertising software, similar to Google AdWords/AdSense, throughout Europe, the Middle East, and the United States. Armed with this expertise, he created Forward Sailing and Nautisails in 2007, featuring innovative competitive sailing products via e-commerce sites.
With 15 years of experience, he joined Cross in 2009 as International Organization Market Manager. He was responsible for software engineering P&L, leading a team of about 40 consultants. In 2012, he became Sales Director with a goal of optimizing the management of sales teams and growing the company.
