Professional Development
Training as a means to developing talent!
The Cross training policy aims to provide employees with genuine short, medium and long term advancement and to provide them with the means to enhance and update their skills, abilities and knowledge.
Training is an integral part of the career monitoring process. It is one of the ways we can fulfil our employee orientation and career development objectives. The manager and employee conduct a training needs analysis at the annual appraisal. Once these needs are identified, a training plan is established in line with the employee's career development objectives.
WE OFFER OUR EMPLOYEES DIFFERENT TYPES OF TRAINING :
- Hard skills training to meet the specific needs of different projects and assignments, new partnerships and strategic and commercial orientation.
- Our soft skills training aims to train employees in the fundamentals of Cross' different fields of expertise.
- Behavioural training programs are offered as an extra. These help employees develop their interpersonal skills in areas such as communication and assertiveness and to master different negotiation techniques, etc.
